What ever u performing very well there is no growth on your salary and promotions etc.cheap politics undergoing on asm and sm level they could appreciate all ur achievements but won’t give u growth for ur career it means salary hike and promotions sales officer ll be always ll be a sales officer even he performing high level sustain 4 years more

It's company where you can all thing in one shelter beacause we had presale custmer relationships primary secondary distributor handling and touch with accounts department and logistic where we know all factor from each department as sales officer and additionally retail sales and whole sale claim logic

... one is safe rater he is a manager or he is sales officer. No job security here. Before COVID salary was not in time it was come on 20th or 25th of next month after so many calls to management and account department. Even after completed company sale targets company played only 20 days salary in first month of lockdown that was March 20, after 15th of April 20 in 3 installments of 7 thousands. After that they pressurised sales team to worked in field, in COVID-19 to achieve targets because water is in essentially gods. In four months of lockdown they payed only 20% of salaries. Very bad management.
