What ever u performing very well there is no growth on your salary and promotions etc.cheap politics undergoing on asm and sm level they could appreciate all ur achievements but won’t give u growth for ur career it means salary hike and promotions sales officer ll be always ll be a sales officer even he performing high level sustain 4 years more

Poor salary structure for lower level employees. Not getting ontime TADA and incentive. Everything company do for us but it's take time lot. But its one of the great company ever.
