A lot of responsibilities at the earlier stages of my career helped me grow as a person. I got a lot of exposure and was handling clients when my total experience was less than 2 years.

Dislikes

Salary hike is the most frustrating part. I worked for 3 years and my salary got hiked by 6k per month in total 3 years.

1. Salary- They use to bill the vendors on high price but don't give the hike accordingly to the resources. 2. No Job Security since they don't have much projects. 3. If you are working from client site then your manager will only send the messages on watsapp. No Communication with employees

We all employees from various background, experience, State, etc work in good team spirit and always try to give best to the client / projects. Few higher managers are really friendly and helping in nature.

Dislikes

... enjoy good benefits, he or she has to be in good books of the project managers. No good salary and grade hikes.

If we are allocated in any project there is some job security ,else there will be terminations

Salary will be same for ever,they will not give any hike for current employees, Salary hike and promotions are main challenges here.

You will get descent benefits and salary when you have hired.timing are flexible but also depends upon the project which you are going to work.

Dislikes

Work life balance is all depends upon the project but some project having very bad work life balance. Appraisals are worst either you are doing best or you are exceptionally good .
