salary, appraisal.no project change.if you do they give you bad rating.only one can resign to change company.hr has no role at all.useless hr.low appraisals.no constant appraisal cycle.14 hrs work.one can call you anytime in meetings.no ethics.no comp offs,leaves for sat sun working.work like charity.

Initial compensation is as per market standards. Shift allowance.

Dislikes

Management is biased towards regional employees. Appraisals are too low i.e 2% or 3%. I got all set of verbal appreciations throughout year but nothing on actual front. Environment is not competitive but rather toxic. Everyday extension of working hours even after timely completion of work. For few months, manager won't process shift allowance for no reason.

1. Every one play there own game(Biz HR, BAU Head) at the time Variable pay. I 2.HR policy are total different compare with other IT Firms. I lost more than 1L due to this wired policies and department heads.

Well work life balance, good infrastructure and environment with good compensation.

Dislikes

Older existing people are not much helpful to new member. Job security quite concerned some time depend on client projects, if current client project get completed then you will find some difficulty to get new project sometime.

It is a good company and compensation and benefits is good.

Actually it's good but there are some resource management issue there. They can planned in any related domain whether you have primary skill bongs that domain or not.
