Management is biased towards regional employees. Appraisals are too low i.e 2% or 3%. I got all set of verbal appreciations throughout year but nothing on actual front. Environment is not competitive but rather toxic. Everyday extension of working hours even after timely completion of work. For few months, manager won't process shift allowance for no reason.

Well work life balance, good infrastructure and environment with good compensation.

Dislikes

Older existing people are not much helpful to new member. Job security quite concerned some time depend on client projects, if current client project get completed then you will find some difficulty to get new project sometime.

It is a good company and compensation and benefits is good.

Actually it's good but there are some resource management issue there. They can planned in any related domain whether you have primary skill bongs that domain or not.

For an experienced professional they will give a good salary hike

Don't have any long term projects, no opportunities for cross-skilling as well, as most of their projects have another vendor as well there is always a upper hand of them and you have to suffer the office politics

...work life balance. SDMs have zero technical knowledge so don't expect any thing. Appraisal decrease you in hand salary as all the amount will be increased in variable. People working has very less technical knowledge, even if you crack the interview because of there lack of knowledge to ask questions trust me you will have zero career growth after it. Take your decision wisely.

Management and HR policy HR won't respond you anything happens Management don't care even if you need any help. Simply no vision company.
