...of seniors who are there in the company from 20. No involvement no transparency. There was no exit interview to highlight, even manager decided whether the employee will receive salary or not, based on their deliveries which is pathetic, also that’s not developer’s fault as their requirements keep on changing. It’s very unrealistic to survive in such team. Lot of people leaving their jobs from the same project I guess management should check and interfere it’s high time

Good things to write about good package they offer and smart work model.

Dislikes

Heavy internal politics. 100% no job security Favoritism from Manger, no matter what you giving to organization NO free transportation, they are charging for cab even after charges not giving cab for beyond location which they introduce after covid and giving fake reason by admin team for not providing transport. After all everything is depend on Manger and how much you are close person for him.

Birlasoft is an established company with good payouts as well. they have a mediocre office but the ambience is good. they pay good salaries.

Dislikes

Don't fall for likes... it has more dislikes than likes - they are dependent on huge billers - lack of innovation - they are still using archeological technologies - lack of opportunities.. once you are on bench... you are done - work from home is only granted to employees who are in projects (mercy of manager) - Zero appraisal don't expect it even if you worked hard for the project. - Good work is not appreciated here choose a different company.

Initial compensation is as per market standards. Shift allowance.

Dislikes

Management is biased towards regional employees. Appraisals are too low i.e 2% or 3%. I got all set of verbal appreciations throughout year but nothing on actual front. Environment is not competitive but rather toxic. Everyday extension of working hours even after timely completion of work. For few months, manager won't process shift allowance for no reason.

Well work life balance, good infrastructure and environment with good compensation.

Dislikes

Older existing people are not much helpful to new member. Job security quite concerned some time depend on client projects, if current client project get completed then you will find some difficulty to get new project sometime.
