... on roll person,we have very far range of products that make so much load of us.New joinee have getting good salary without experience. we give to much in company and we don't get any kind of appraisal,like on position of salary increment.

Here you have the authority to take decisions in your market Salary on time & yearly performance appraisal .Good TA/DA policy Good Brand image.

Culture is very bad now, unnecessary pressure.if not performing if you will get job threats , Bad politics,no role of HR. Hochpoch situation. Medical policy is ok ok

There are several things which I like the most about this company are Work life balance, salary on time, opportunities for growth, 8hours of duty time and most importantly work culture is just awasome.

HR is little casual over here. They forward every single issue to their mother plant HR.

In this company the work culture is very good. full job security, and the policies is very good.

Salary is decade but career growth is slow,There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot leave the company.
