Salary is according to the 6th pay commission of WB govt. Once u get confirmed u get LTA,leave encashment. Colleagues are friendly and supportive.Children are also disciplined. Lush greenery and it is situated next to river Ganga.Big playground. Lot of cultural activities take place throughout the year. Smart boards are there in the classes. Gifts, books u get throughout the year. It has a big auditorium where the events are held.

It's an unaffiliated School and students studying from grade 9-12 are enrolled as students of gd Birla, Kolkata. They have to travel to give their board exams who are accompanied by teachers acting as a caretaker. No work life balance. Communication is very poor. They make you work like animal.Excessive pressure,stress and unrealistic targets given by management.No AC in staffroom. Everytime u are threatened u will loose your job.They have opened science stream in HS section but with no decent labs and infrastructure.No seperate toilet for male teachers. They admit students in class 11 science who scored low in maths and science and it is expected that they should score high in board exams.Extra classes also during the vacations.No canteen in the school, u have to depend on local vendors for lunch. No food shop is nearby.Discrimination amongst teachers by management. Many good students leave in between due to non affiliation of the school. There are less frequent trains from this area. Bad communication and remote location is the biggest drawback.
