Work culture is a plus in Birla. You can do anything during your duty time.It is a robust working place. Friendly environment with less work pressure.

Dislikes

Greatest minus in Working in Birla is lack of compensation.Though considerably the work will far outweigh the compensation offered.

Less appraisal, heavy politics, worst work culture, Lousy than government company. If you are a straightforward person then you will put your hard work in the trash. In this company, you do your work or you not do your work, everything is equal.
