Here the work culture is very bad , lack of professionalism. You have to work independently most of the time . The work from home part is worst , you have to work by EOD till your work is not completed . Here every team is blaming each other for the delay in work , this creates a work pressure among the employees. If you are preferring money then you can join here , otherwise for mental peace avoid this place

You can find the most incapable and Worst leaders(can't even call them that..may be managers) of India Moksh and Bembey. Corrupt politicians bringing there poor domestic experience to the table,spoiling the entire deco. How could someone hire such people...even they should be sacked. These guys are a smiley with a knife..

There is no job security, don't know why they hire people when they have to let them off in 3-4 months. Before joining I had read post which said the same but I still joined but same result , my coolleague and me were asked to qit only after 3 months
