There's no professional growth in this company and you degrade yourself working here. Even the higher ups are not skilled enough, they're all dependent on lower ones and company won't value you and can fire you anytime.

work life balance can be considered a plus, although its subjective. good company to learn for freshers or upto 2 years of experience.

Here I found some real hard working and great people. However, the atmosphere managers create is toxic.

Salary duration is on 5th of day ,it should be on last working day of the month .Overall,working culture is quite good to sustain .

...kend, we have to do a lot of repeated manual work which can be automated easily. It would be great if the salary can be distributed on the 1st of the month instead of the 5th day. 90 Days Notice period is too much and it should be flexible.
