Poor Salary, Poor promotions, No work life balance, no job security, 0 skill development, 0 work satisfaction and poor company culture. There's no professional growth in this company and you degrade yourself working here. Even the higher ups are not skilled enough, they're all dependent on lower ones and company won't value you and can fire you anytime.

It's work life balance is upto the mark .Your work would be appreciated in a true sense .

Salary duration is on 5th of day ,it should be on last working day of the month .Overall,working culture is quite good to sustain .

Here I found some real hard working and great people. However, the atmosphere managers create is toxic.

There are simply no perks and benefits working here. Plus the salary they offer are way below the market standards.

...kend, we have to do a lot of repeated manual work which can be automated easily. It would be great if the salary can be distributed on the 1st of the month instead of the 5th day. 90 Days Notice period is too much and it should be flexible.
