Salary comes on time

Dislikes

No fixed working hour. Regional level politics. Managers have no clear focus objectives and strategies. Everything comes last minute and they do panic planning. Most of the times their stocks are not available and therefore you will miss on targets and incentives. They will ask you do 10 things at a time. Market settlements are never on time turning clients furious

Bira is best as a Learning Platform, Seniors are supportive, HR is supportive, Smooth joining

Dislikes

1-Low Salary as per the competition. 2- Never Pay incentives on time & sometimes don't pay. 3- Field employees are tracked with GPS and can only close meeting with geo tagging. 4- Financial dependence on Investors only. It can broke any time.

No punch in punch out Work life balance coz of no work. The company doesnt have money to purchase ingredients for its beer let alone any marketing activities.

- Salary inconsistency. Sometimes its delayed by 1 week, sometimes 2 weeks. - Variable pay delay: Was delayed by over 2-3 months this time - Company is going in major loss. There are crores of debts on the company. Funding comes and goes in few days. The company has no vision. - Upper management is a big issue in most departments. They expect you to work on weekends, work long hours and not listen to you. - HR is not supportive at all. They will say speak to your manager directly for anything. - There is no place in the HO to sit. There are people who have to sit at the reception coz there are no chairs inside. Almost 60% people from Head Office have resigned in past 2-3 months and I wont be surprised if the company shuts down anyday.

The working culture is nice, it's fun working with Bira91 monkeys Atmosphere is good, no boss culture. CEO is very chilled out and very down to earth

Dislikes

The salary structure new hired employees getting double the salary than the older employees, that was not correct. It's old employees who set the forum for Bira 91, at least there should be salary correcting every month

Promoter vision is good. One of the top tasty & quality beer producers in India.

Dislikes

Need to improve work stations. Unfair performance assessments. No hope on Variable pay. Need to focus on company policies. As said by CFO, he likes women empowerment, better gents don't join in finance. Vision of CFO limited to cost cutting only.
