Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Only products of the company were good but what would be the use of it if you won't get exposure on it

Dislikes

Salaries are delayed by 2-3months which also requires rigorous follow-ups with the management. Even after nonpayment of salaries company would ask or force you to work and if you try to switch the company it doesn't give any experience letter plus it will falsely allege about you poor performance, etc to your next organization. Some employees have also moved to court for resolving this problem after which settlements are done.
