No security of your job they terminates you any time because of their ego and wants employee works as per their rules. No matter rule and regulations for trials

No growth no promotion. Firstly they said you have to come mon to fri and sat for urgent basis but after joining they force you to come on sat also. But at office everyone's off on Saturday. No health security, they not give you your reimbursement they said we can give you but wa don't want .

Very nice work environment and can can learn much things related to clinical trials. very good exposure is given to the employees . the best place to work for the person who is eager to learn and work.

Job Security: they can terminate any one due to ego. Work Culture terrible because they do work as per his comfort only. Management is depend on mood swings. there is no policy for employees.
