There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I was worked there for 1year only. Good system with employee oriented . Later many changes may come.plz be confirmed before joining. As my knowledge overall a good company.

... do double triple shifts without asking also. And exchange you will get nothing. No overtime compensation is there. No good food. If you are having good experience and are manager candidate then BE is specially chill place to work. One should join BE after becoming manager.
