Worst work culture, don't expect salary and expenses on time, work only 24 hrs, After 5/6 months they will remove u, and block ur expenses and starting hiring new one, dealing in Chinese products and no service offered to customer.

Working with the owner of the company (Get to know how business is done in a small company) Multitasking work (As it is a small company you have to work on multiple things on the same time)

...I think the company is manufacturing nuclear missiles looking at their secrecy). None benefits as mentioned in the ad posted on the website ( no group insurances, no transport facility, No Bonus, Nothing but junk)

I am working in Marketing since 1 year and with my experience, senior management is always ready to support, Great team work, Helpful nature of colleagues. Guidance is always provided by Siddharth Sir and Phijo Sir as they are always available and ready to help with the smallest of query. With their help and support even the most critical task becomes easy and manageable.

Just like any other organization challenges will always be part and parcel of the job but with the help of everybodies support, situations are neutralized

The work culture is very friendly an good, especially with all the dogs at first they are scarce but in times they become friendly. you get the 2 tea break as well. now I was on the internship there so i don't know about the company policy lot, but you have the party's in between they also have the play zone with a pool table and ather game's as well with the gym are nice place to hang out.

Some time you have to do overtime as well as working on the holidays too.
