Pathetic environment, barbaric work culture, The bond made by the company is completely unfair and pathetic. Also, the company holds the employee's original documents and ruin his career, no paid leaves for a year, No talking with other employees, not allowed to carry your mobile, the employee is under CCTV surveillance in office, covering all angles (The CCTV is located even just outside toilet door, who knows maybe the company has one under the commode hole, sometimes I think the company is manufacturing nuclear missiles looking at their secrecy).
