Till date I didn’t receive the last year 2022 November, December and January month salary. They are holding the salary without any reason even though we asked many times and put a mail to HR but no proper response from their end. In addition to that they told that we are applying the bank loan but it was not sanctioned, once we receive the approval you will get it the pending salary. But I have a doubt since 1 year the bank is not approved? Actually employees are resigning the job due to not security

Dislikes

Salary not properly disbursed, working culture is not appropriate, working environment is not satisfied, monthly 27 days will definitely work only 4 Sundays took leave. All Saturday must come to office even though No work. No employee benefits and no proper HR policy
