Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Management team is very good to support and give the valuable guidance to all team members .Our HR team is a great to organize every time to new things for all team members like game dance and celebrate every festival .overall our company is good to work to anyone . In this co. try automation process , kore and more strong , working environment is good for employee , for the new employee learning more things like process oriented skill manners , technical people job is secure and no manner leave the organisation but non technical hand employee facing different things in within co.

Management level game is happen always , if any department leave the organisation by emp. but some time good employee work smooth and Showing Owen dedication but face some offensive treating by management peoples , other things is better in this co. people are familiars
