No feedback would get to you what you want that should available or change at client site,despite they ask about you to your client, no idea what he/she told but ultimately you would get a negative sentences by your company!!!

It was very horrible for me to be laid off without any notice just because of a client complaint, i never expect this by such a huge corporate company. This is reality what we generally avoid/not want to face but have to !

Everything.... Work culture, diwali celebration. Organisations listen every person concern and then takes the step for making the company best. And YES this is employee centric company. Dhingra sir is one of the best Director.

Dislikes

Only 1 person that is Latika halder. All together the company is very good but there is 1 person among 200 employees to which every employees of Binary Global is frustrated. As she does nothing in the company and has so much of attitude and doesn't know how to talk to the employees and to the candidates. She thinks herself a manager wherein she doesn't know T of technical. Because of politics and showoff her work which is done by her team members she thinks herself as manager. However her designation is just Senior. Don't know how she is surviving in this company she should be thankful to the Director /CEO of the company that they are paying her without being productive at all and not firing from the job.

Binary Global is an extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work. The CEO truly takes care of each individual and likes creativity and leads with an example. The company believes in each team member's growth and strive hard to work with each one of them. The office environment is the best and most energetic with lots of positivity.
