Dislikes

It's Poland based company so all higher employees are polish. No job security, they can terminate you anytime even you are in project or on bench. All decisions are made by head office located in Poland.

One day resign internal managers will not stand with tou in difficulties or support time No one will even ask or stand for you when HR is about to fire you because of less projects terrible experience will recommend to join only if you can bare or digest high risk job security

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
