Politics, manager/management does not have any knowledge what work we do, they just walk up us and expect us to work on everything. ( Even a compliment task is easy for them) a project is only important when is comes from higher management until then every thing is scrap. Always favourite people get what they need.

Amazing place to work whether you are fresher or experienced. You can learn many things if you really wanted to. One can prepare himself/herself to create its own niche in the industry. 1. Job security- Hence proved in pandemic. 2.Work Culture- Awesome, you can feel always progressive to work here. 3. Company Policies- Employee freindly 4. Compensation- Matching market standards.

Spents 3 years and there is nothing to dislike about Eze Software

Even during covid although there were not much bonuses given ppl had job security. No micro management. Company policies are also OK. Overall a good place to work

Sometimes work gets the same. Work life balance gets off sometimes which is common in IT industry but managers help you to handle with that as well

The unit head, toxic managers, micromangement, If they want to target you then no-one can stop them. Dictatorship in local leadership. The Hyderabad leadership is a big mess. All they are interested in is to encourage complacency.
