Working at Billedright is good, the work atmosphere and the ambiance are good, and the management is flexible and also accommodative when it comes to personal concerns. The management is very understanding in all aspects.

Dislikes

In regs to this point, the salary structure is not at market standards, the language that needs to be spoken is English, however, mostly it is Tamil. The management needs to evaluate the employee's skills also. The employer needs to look at the employee's total work experience and skill set and not go by only the performance of the job he or she is doing. Not everyone knows everything, however everyone knows something which could be the key to success.

Worst company I have ever seen so promotion no no knowledge, managers and higher officials treating the employees and even TL as slavery people, here only HR get afraid of the Manager. No more support from any one , if u complain about your issues the next 30 min u wl get fireback from higher officials .they asking the working employees to give 5 star for Google Review no safety for girls and voice out . U supposed to learn not to open ur mouth in any situation . Please my kind advice don't join in this company. The manager who is RK he is most dangerous in BR. Be careful with him .if ur complaining about anyone then in few hours u will be fireout from this company . You wl not get any support from no one. Full of toxic people .company mainly consists of gossip alone........

In this company so much of partiality in every team and there is no promotion like for QC or SME, they only promote for direct TL after 7 year. Also in this company if we convey some issues there will be no resolution for employees

I am writing this feedback in the belief that management will look on to this and take the necessary steps. There are more team leaders in some teams which is not necessary at all, since it is creating a gap in streamlining the workflows and communication. Team leaders should be aligned with the team’s size, complexity and goals
