Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

I don't want to say about dislike other mk but my manager and Shift Supervisor can change their attitude towards. They Don't accept their mistake some time even after they know this is his mistake.............................................................

There are alot of salary issues and incentives. Managers say about more incentives but very less comes in bank account. Too much of dominating manipulating environment at work.

Salary issues, fake promises and people bullets at work.

.... Your concern are not listened if you give resignation and no one convince you. It was 5 days working when I joined the organisation but soon they started 6 days working and no compensation for that neither of laptop policy nor for 6 days.

Worst experience working with Mattsen. Politics and Chatukarita for the promotion. Inder is one of the culprit for breaching POSS no action due to approach with higher level. No appraisal during 2020-2023. So be careful before joining.
