The worst working place. Simply I wouldn't suggest any one to join.

Dislikes

Boss behaviour is worst. After 2.5 years working at low salary range, Company owner has deduct my 60% salary just because they want to hold me for more 3 month.

Nothing here to like everything is bad

Everytime there is alot of work pressure and no leave can a person take and work life balance is 0 if you enter in this company you have to live for your company and die for your company and in return you get negative 0. And they will show you false hopes please don't fall with them everything is fake . After 2 years they can say that you are not valuable for our comay.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
