No job security, rude behaviour of co-founders, didn't pay salary in time, and they didn't pay more than 2.5 Lakh INR of staff salary, thereby closed the company. Company was in loss, not co-founders.

Teammates and juniors are cooperative in nature.

Dislikes

Salary never credit on time. Salary delay almost a month. Bosses never appraised for good work. Bosses expect late working while paying not on time. To problem in getting holiday, even on festives. Buses are making working environment hactic. Bosses don't have fund to run business but they are hiring, hence unable to make payment.

Likes

Bigly Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a startup. Most likely thing is that founder of business is very friendly, the employers of organisation are treating employees as a team member not as an employee. Staff is too helpful. You will never force here to work 8 hours completely but working environment is too enjoyable that's why you will work more than 8 hours here with self consent.

I didn't notice any single thing to dislike the organisation.
