Bigbasket is not good for carrier growth. I have joined as a Business Development Manager for T4 LOB in Bigbasket but after 11 month company and management has asked for the resignation due to cost cutting with only one month compensation. I have asked for the 2 months compensation but they denied. After that company has shift me in the new LOB that is BBNOW. In Bigbasket Job Security is Zero and Employee benefits are zero.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company police are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiness

Most of the higher management is kind. If you do your work no one questions you.

...r of tickets and ask to maintain around 17 parameters such as aht, quality etc.. The salary is very less and we can rarely see hikes. Just like daily wage ppl they increase 500 to 1000rs per annum.

I'm still working in bigbasket.as mah point of view no growth in this company...also after given lots of effort in work but there is no salary appraisal..no satisfied to work here..plz dont join..m still looking forward for another job right now.
