Salary on time , job security till ur performance good. For students it's best company to work shift are flexible. If good in process will get work from home.

*No ontime support, *No team play ,team leader only do partiality among agents like why to support other team . *High call flow for inbound not even a sec gets idel mrng and evng , afternoon Little ideal *No breaks for food shd ask before 1hour. * No appraisal *No rotational weekoff ,it's fixed 1 day and 6 days working and no more changes can be done.

There is no work life. During interview they said for girls shift time is morning now suddenly they change shift without information also salary is very low and appraisal is so so. Also now a days they pressure there employee to work after shift.

Not Organized & No good working structure Everyone coming without any shift time ,doing some work and going late night. 6. No Idea for Ops. 7. No Management Skill. Personal experience: If you want peace, work satisfaction,good salary, appreciation,work-life balance don't work with this company.🙏
