Salary was on the lesser side for most individuals. It could have been better. Slow growth. There are individuals working for over 8-10 years and they haven't been given appropriate promotions. Some people at the management are incompetent. They're not open to new ideas..

this company has been giving in time salary ,and customers interaction very high level at least u should interact with customers weekly 500 members, interact very high level increasing communication ability.

I don't like anything from the organization bcaz. I have never seen anywhere like this worst company and Management. Not enough Experience for the All higher Employees like sales head, BDM, they don't have Leadership skills, I'm Requesting for Bigbasket company please provide the Training for All Top level Managers. They're not carrying their Employees they're playing the Employees life. PAN india Head please provide the Training for them. They don't have a single knowledge how to handle the Employees. Employees are not Beggers, Employees are builders they're giving the business to the company that's why bigbasket is Running first teach them all your Sales Manager and top Level Managers.

...have to take permission from Apartment Associations Manager. They will ask Rent. That rent company will pay from your incentives. And sometimes You will not get permission from the Association. And main thing you won't get your Incentives they will Eat your Incentives if we asked our Incentives we will give next month like that they'll tell you. how cheap is this. No petrol Allowance. You have to find out the building and you have to take permission but Manager will not give permission for sat and Sunday. And dont have Trainers in the company this is biggest problem everything you should learn from senior only.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
