Company is good but there is no recognition of the employee who perform good,there is no good salary

...there is no proper timing for meeting according to the shift timings working 3.7 months no salary hike in bigbasket i couldn't find any growth in that organization which made me to leave the job

I don't like anything from the organization bcaz. I have never seen anywhere like this worst company and Management. Not enough Experience for the All higher Employees like sales head, BDM, they don't have Leadership skills, I'm Requesting for Bigbasket company please provide the Training for All Top level Managers. They're not carrying their Employees they're playing the Employees life. PAN india Head please provide the Training for them. They don't have a single knowledge how to handle the Employees. Employees are not Beggers, Employees are builders they're giving the business to the company that's why bigbasket is Running first teach them all your Sales Manager and top Level Managers.

...have to take permission from Apartment Associations Manager. They will ask Rent. That rent company will pay from your incentives. And sometimes You will not get permission from the Association. And main thing you won't get your Incentives they will Eat your Incentives if we asked our Incentives we will give next month like that they'll tell you. how cheap is this. No petrol Allowance. You have to find out the building and you have to take permission but Manager will not give permission for sat and Sunday. And dont have Trainers in the company this is biggest problem everything you should learn from senior only.

Yaa, For students (part time) job ,the BBD is an good opportunity for students is an excellent, comfortable timing &good salary worst for it.....

There is no growth for youngstar guys to carry on there careers....... Better than this... There is no cons such a like it .......

I joined as a Design intern, The team and work culture is nice, you will get good guidance and time to complete your projects

Compensation could have been better, Communication between teams can be improved
