There is no work life. During interview they said for girls shift time is morning now suddenly they change shift without information also salary is very low and appraisal is so so. Also now a days they pressure there employee to work after shift.
Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,
I didn't find anything which can be praised.
From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same....
Overall I will suggest not to join this company .
Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
I am doing my job in BigBasket, there is no problem, it is a good company

I am concerned about the practices within the East team, specifically regarding promotions and recruitment. It appears that senior designations are held by individuals closely associated with the RBH family or other known persons, and the operations head and city head seem to prioritize hiring those within their personal networks. This raises concerns about nepotism and favoritism.
Furthermore, female employees face unfair treatment and harassment, with promotions potentially being granted based on personal relationships rather than merit. This creates a toxic work environment and undermines the value of hard work and dedication.
Additionally, there appears to be a lack of support for employees who are not part of the favored group, with expectations to complete work even when hospitalized. This is unacceptable and highlights the need for a more inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
I hope this brings attention to these important issues and sparks necessary changes to ensure a fair and supportive work environment for all employees.
