Work life balance. Good salary when joined. Overall good experience.

Dislikes

Force employees to come to office 5 days in a week. Dont consider any exception when it comes to work from home. Infrastructure is ok ok. No facilities to commute. They can fire employee if required. HRs are mean. They will find a way out for zero hike.

... not possible to strike a work life balance here. The work is dated and mundane. The salary is not up to industry standards. There is absolutely no incentive for employees to remain in the company.

Salary on time , job security till ur performance good. For students it's best company to work shift are flexible. If good in process will get work from home.

*No ontime support, *No team play ,team leader only do partiality among agents like why to support other team . *High call flow for inbound not even a sec gets idel mrng and evng , afternoon Little ideal *No breaks for food shd ask before 1hour. * No appraisal *No rotational weekoff ,it's fixed 1 day and 6 days working and no more changes can be done.

Work atmosphere, good learning opportunities, good management. I believe it also depends on the team you're associated with. I liked, I learnt a lot in my journey with Bb

Salary was on the lesser side for most individuals. It could have been better. Slow growth. There are individuals working for over 8-10 years and they haven't been given appropriate promotions. Some people at the management are incompetent. They're not open to new ideas..

They will differentiate corporate and regions in terms of benefits and salary. For regions salary is not as per industry trend. People are doing same task and have same or less responsibilities getting paid more than who are working in regions
