Personal experience: If you want peace, work satisfaction,good salary, appreciation,work-life balance don't work with this company.🙏

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality product and has globaglobal client base.

compensation is decent,but growth is slow, the work pressure is Verdi high.somtimes I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in evening.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
