Must open store sutter early, close lately. Must sell all the accessories, insurance, TV, sound bar, demos, etc. Insurance is the Biggest SCAM. Must leave family on festival times, some times open till 12 am midnight if any new product launch. Salary is below 20k. There's no shifts. ...onse you get is "director sir is busy he will come and sign you offer letter". Salary increments depend on directors' mood. During appraisal timing "director sir" will be on a world tour. When you resign, they will plot against you and try as much as possible to stop your full and final settlement amount. Cunning people in specially accounts department will try everything possible to stop your last salary and dragging you to your limits. They will never give proper documents related to your employment. When people abscond seeing the work culture, they call and threaten with police complaints.
