Very bad experience to work with future group, the management team work is very poor, salary is too bad in lockdown period...Only 50% salary providing from Apr. 20 to till date,.......

It was just like a family atmosphere .lots of opportunities to learn for carrier progression, Most important think is that the relationship with colleagues are like my family members. I was lucky that to be a part of this company

As a employee most dislike think was salary growth it was very poor. Internal promotion encourage employee but depressed for not to increase that level salary Hike

** Our own Company salary was very good. ** Good team mates 😁👍. ** More politics was frustrated 😥😭. ** Work environment was good. ** Security is strict... 😥. ** Innovations does happens during festive or big days..! ** U can't work more thn a year. ** If ur wrong enough to bear u can work atleast 1/2 yrs.

There is more pressure for work If sale don't occur then should work extra hour's 😥

Great experience working with bigbazar.. Unforgettable.. I miss all of them... we are.celebrate ramjan, rajo, dusserah together... I can't forgotten diwali milan program which is most prestigious For program for all staff. I pray and blessings to future group. Thank you.

All are good experience but designation promotion are pathetic and salary structure horrible.. Overall future group great always for me and also great for my family.
