... work with very talented people. People are always open to help and collaborate. Good compensation and no variable pay drama. Even the performance bonuses are paid 100% every year. Flexible work timings as long as there are no dependencies.

Micromanagement Too many meetings and dependencies Extreme work timings and work load Dated tech for a startup. No work life balance QA and deployment is still mostly manual

The HR is very friendly and is always supportive, the company is a fun place to work with various goodies, parties etc. Work life balance is great. You get flexibility to work as per your convenience.

Dislikes

...is limited and depends primarily on you to take off-work projects or courses. Post leaving the company, i wasn't given the variable pay that i was promised if i worked till Dec end, which i did. The pay is average and they give a lot of importance to which university you studied in, even if you completed your graduation years ago and are now at a senior position.

I don't just like working at Bidgely, I absolutely love it. the opportunities, the amazing culture, the steep learning curve and the super intelligent colleagues are just some of the intangible benfits that we get while working at Bidgely. On top of that, the management is pretty transparent and the pay is good as well!

there's not much to dislike apart from the lack of proper in house training. However, the company is working on it and has recently launched a platform too.

The opportunity to learn and excel is beyond imagination. The peer group is very supportive and knowledgeable. I learnt a lot from them.

Dislikes

Initial job training is not as organised as expected. One has to put serious efforts initially to learn and understand how things flow.

Transparency, friendly coworkers and management, good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Not a big company so there is not much to do for recreation. However people there make best out of the limited resources they have.
