Appraisal system is very poor ,biased and bind with internal politics.Career growth is very slow .Less training and development opportunity.

Follow high level safety norms. Providing good facilities to employ. Salary is little higher compare to other similar companies.

Staffs are not friendly with each others which make the office environment little discomfort.

...he Engineers are highly talented and one the good construction company in Dubai. The work environment is good and the co-workers are good at the same time timely paid salary. But last some years their was mismanagement the company become down.

... is not proper coordination between employees and there is no motivation and no improvement in promotion or even salary.

I Worked there from 1999 till 2017, things were great as Our company was the leading construction company of UAE. there were challenges and deadlines we were working there day and night. We were like a family and we knew each other very well and took care of each other no matter from which part of the world we were.

Dislikes

Now the name of the company is BICC, things drastically started to change after the appointments of Infrastructure Project Directors on Building Projects, Projects started to get delayed and we saw our company declined. It was really really sad to see. Now the situation of BICC is not up to the mark but as an ex-employee I wish one day things may change.
