BIA ZAMBIA KOMATSU is a very good company .I have very nice teammates and committed with work.The only bad thing with Zambia is not sending Technicians for trainings as the OEM on the machine,and assurance on the job security is guaranteed. The work environment is good and also in terms of innovation. Work life balance is not all that good.

The most important thing is not sending its TECHNICIANS for training as OEM.There is no career development(growth) in BIA ZAMBIA.
