Only MD decision is ultimate. MD is the Owner of the Company. No more salary for those who work more. Few unskilled employees are getting huge salary by politics. HOD are have special knowledge on how to fool the MD. MD is brilliant but also fooled by HR and HODs.

Likes

Work culture, Job security, company policies everything are good but i got a terrible, bad attitude & corrupt HOD who is making fool of everyone in organization & taking advantage well of the situations. It's impossible to work with such HOD and no one will work with him for a longer period. He is not at all a team leader and he never builds a team which makes a better organization. Selfish and sadist. He is not capable of being a HOD but luck is in his way as of now. Time will tell everything one day.

Dislikes

HOD. He is a sadist & cunning fellow. He corrupts in such a way that it's difficult to trace out the same and acts like a very good gentlemen in front of management and made them to belive him so much. He thinks he is untouchable & taking advantage of the same and treating his subordinates very badly. Work harassment is too much particularly from that HOD.

Likes

Company let’s the individual to take ownership on the assigned tasks with complete freedom it with accountability. It depends on individual caliber to quickly adapt to this style of working. Generally juniors will not be able to take ownership on tasks and they blame on seniors when adapting to this culture of taking ownership.

Dislikes

Not doing Continuos projects. However we will get exposure to work in other discipline, which will give u wider exposure.
