Work culture, Job security, company policies everything are good but i got a terrible, bad attitude & corrupt HOD who is making fool of everyone in organization & taking advantage well of the situations. It's impossible to work with such HOD and no one will work with him for a longer period. He is not at all a team leader and he never builds a team which makes a better organization. HOD. He is a sadist & cunning fellow. He corrupts in such a way that it's difficult to trace out the same and acts like a very good gentlemen in front of management and made them to belive him so much. He thinks he is untouchable & taking advantage of the same and treating his subordinates very badly. Work harassment is too much particularly from that HOD.

Management & HR is very nice and got a good support from them during my tenure. But HOD is terrible & harassed subordinates like anything. Strict action required on him. He is corrupt too. Plays drama like everyone should believe that and made them so...
