The working office space, the Macbook they provide to every employee irrespective of the level of the role

Dislikes

They keep changing office . Everytime new property opens, the team shifts there, so it keeps changing every 3 months. company is run by whims and fancies of few people, so one can be laid off anytime without any serious reason. The CEO is a good buisnessman, but a poor leader. hence he is surrounded by yes sayers as he cant hear a no. People are good, but managers get toxic. that ruins the work. No RNR, No decent diwali gift and no respect for the work. toxic place to be in , hence the org has people, leaders changing every quarter.

Unlimited coffee Aesthetically pleasing offices, reimbursement of travel- not time As its a start up , you get to learn a lot , but need to learn yourself , as the leaders dont know what they are doing themselves, hence wont be able to help you . They want xyz, how - you figure out. hence ample of opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

The commute. the compmay doesnt have a fixed please as HQ, if it is, next 3 months it will change, i myself have seen 4 Head quarter changes and the travel is tiering. Same work that can be done is AKR or HSR is asked to be done in Church street, the compnay has money to waste on futile travel of each employee. Severe lack of professionalism from leaders to the employees, ruining the culture. HR VP is a joke. she doesn't have any understanding of corporate or about handling. very unprofessional and treats her team too very badly. No one stands by the employee here, HR team is only concerned of hiring and gossip , nothing else. Very young people are VP here, literally with just 4-5 years , ppl become VP . due to which no seniors are present.
