...ty is there however nowadays pressure is being passed on to junior executives. Salary are good need revision. Work environment is so so however mates are good. Innovation is out of coverage as work is montonous type.

I would share my experience during to intership if trainner will be good .He/ she is supporting learn then you can easily learn everything like How to made pramotion, salary, Health benefits etc. I am working under Ms. Manju Meena and Nidhi koshik . She taught me as well as good.

Dislikes

If any intern to joined of bhel then at least some facilities should be give like metal and transport fair. There is no stipned and no facility for intern.

Work Life balance - good, Compensation-very good, Medical facilities- Excellent, Training and learning-Very good. over all excellent for new persons.

Lack of adherence to values of company. No fair policy for promotions and transfers.

Too many buerocratic hurdles in job execution, unrealistic targets, Forced decisions by management instead of consulting the experts, bias in promotions, ill treatment of junior colleagues- all these sporadically
