The most important thing about this company is that it works directly for BHEL at NTPC Barh Site. A person working in this company is serving under BHEL. He/She can learn about the work culture of PSU and government officials. The scope of learning ranges from billing process, office management, tender processing to project management.

The salary prospects are limited here.

No bossism, spread across India at good locations and also in all metro cities.

...otation policy is for name sake. project life is worst with respect to benefits. No/abysmal PRP/bonus since 7 8 years. frequent transfer in posted in sites.

No personal growth. I thought government run companies do value for work but work motivation is zero at site. All deputy manager and above post are useless. They are just earning money. No one wants to lead they are working to safeguard their jobs. No one is bothered about progress or quality. Management is worst. This is the reason why such PSU's are not generating revenue.
