Good salary for permanent or contract role.

Dislikes

No personal growth. I thought government run companies do value for work but work motivation is zero at site. All deputy manager and above post are useless. They are just earning money. No one wants to lead they are working to safeguard their jobs. No one is bothered about progress or quality. Management is worst. This is the reason why such PSU's are not generating revenue.

I am in contractual basis in Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd through INTERTEK ( erstwhile - Moody International India Ltd) of 2 years contract. It's a nice company.Timely salary credited and good senior management behaviour of kolkata industrial division.
