Its just drama and politics all over the organisation. Managers threaten you to fire. Everyone is scared of the so called Big Daddy CEO and all his rage. Its fun to watch, you’ll love it here if you’re into these stuffs.

...g he says. No proper training, No Project Induction, directly thrown into work. Salary deduction if working from home. They are running Big Scam. Deductions in name of Medical insurance, xyz deductions. No Transparency.

Likes

Company policies, work culture and management support is one of the best thing which i observed in Bhavna software. Also Job security for all engineers is there. As company treat all the employee as there family members and support a lot financially as well as work load wise. Company has such a good technical leaders.

...y do not know know what have to do. They just want/or follow the instructions. Also distribution in employee salary irregular.

Company have most of supportive senior, flexible work timing, management and client communication is not clear to team members

1. Good Salary Hike 2. Salary comes on or before 5 every month 3. Rs. 65/Day Zeta coupon. 4. Good infrastructure. 5. A place where you can learn new/latest technology. 6. If they fire you, they will provide you 2 months salary and Salary for your rest PL(Max 20)

Dislikes

1. PL/CL are very less and also there are various terms and conditions for getting it. 2. If you come office late 4 times in a month your half PL will be deducted. 3. You have to complete 45 hours in a week and minimum 7.5 hours/day. No matter you have work or not. 4. Policies are changing randomly and frequently, Like when I joined notice period was 45 days but now they forcefully changed it to 60 days. 5. This is a company where only one person can take decision, which is owner of the company and no other has power to take decision for small things. 6. Company can fire you any time. In some cases, they found that, this person is not suitable for the company after 1 year. 7. Dirty politics games all time. 8. Last but not least: Don't go with other reviews which are present on glassdoor as company asked some of higher management to write review in very positive way.

Nothing is likeable in the company, even they forced all the employees for the vote of best place to work award , I worked here around 12 months and that was the worst period of my professional life.

...u up and will ask about your efforts. If you can work 7 days a week , go there. You might get a good package here but just compare one thing that many companies are 10 years old some of them are having 500 and some of them are having 3-4000, there must be a reason
