The work environment is congenial and team mates complement each other and work happily in collaboration. The company is open to developing new systems and adopt newer technology.

Dislikes

The top management and work culture. Its a total college environment. 4 people dominate the house. Treat employee based on their mood - mostly like donkeys and when they're all good ..like children. There is no HR. The consultant HR is biased.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
