Receiving salary on time

Internal Politics, No recognition for hardwork, No co ordination, Manager shouting in front of everyone with no reason. Work atmosphere very poor, Colleagues not having knowledge and maturity levels. It's like a government office. For no reason manager told me to resign. Giving importance only to senior employees. No importance for Managerial position and down people think they are the boss and showing attitude. There are many but no more words to explain.

Environment Security Amazing Financial Stability after max 6 months and obviously if u r good in your work.

...t least 3 to 6 months to achieve a stable secure financial life and career. If u r searching a job hust to pay your own expenses and have yur money become independent and a good start to career then this is best one and then u should obviously join this company

Salary aren't paid on time, forget the bonus and contest. And over all work experience is terrible. I contacted Head HR and they don't know about resignation process, as my manager said i need to give 2000 to resign. I am stuck in this trash

The salary they offer is good.

Dislikes

HR relationship with the employee is very poor. I didn't get any call or email communication from the HR dept regarding the resignation even in FnF I lost 1.06L payment for notice period and the deduction of paid leave. Senior Management is not supportive at all. Just forget RnR.

In that comapny all staff are very supportive and helpful training session is also good salary credit in time

There is so much pressure about work in today many persons not interested to buy life insurance in private sector because they not believe in private comapny and its policy amount is to high other than lic
