Job security is bad. Salary will be hold for no reason and HR is worst in support. HR will not even update proper reason for salary hold. And no proper customer base. Bad business field credit.

Nothing is bad If chance of worry that is only package otherwise good pace to work and very much employees familiar company

The company is trying to change and use industry best practices, there's support from the team and management depending on the team you are in.

...no work-life balance and limited learning with the same repetitive ad hoc tasks. Growth in the company is very slow and compensation is very poor considering the work assigned and done by an individual.

...owth and incentives, but here both options are not available. We can serve easy. Who are satisfied with their basic salary, they will fit for this company.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doest address our issues salary is decent but career growth.
