In case of emergency no body ask for any kind of questions just they give leave. Environment is good , great place for freshers.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

...orking culture, management is very poor. You will find new rules on daily basis. No hike in salary ..so much of work with less money . No perks for off role candidate.

Salary comes in time and nothing more.

Dislikes

1. Worst U-NOC centre in India ( how about waiting on a call for 2 to 3 hours just to start one activity and same to close it) 2. Under kerala circle, literally there is 2 days off but reality is working round the clock 7 days a week, and if you want a leave , you want to take it from your annual 30 days general leave. 3. Company is not utilising you but extracting each and every drop of you.

Overall, speaking it was good experience working on Bharti Airtel Project. I would certainly recommend anybody on that project.

Dislikes

... balance it's tough to find and the internal support is not good enough as well. No compensation for night shift and insurance or anything.

It was such a bad experience with Airtel as i was working on third party pay role there was lots of partiality between on role employee and off role employee no promotion no increment may be bharti Airtel would be no 1 brand in India but i am not happy with Airtel .
